St Johns Centenary

Welcome to the St John's School Centenary Celebration website. We want to ensure our 100 years is celebrated in style and can be enjoyed by the whole community.

Designed by Edmund Fisher and built by Boshers, the "Wallingford Council School for Boys" was officially opened by the Wallingford Mayor on April 5th 1910.

We would love to find out all about the people who have been connected to St John's in any way over the last 100 years. Please leave your memories or information here so that they can be read by everyone. Forms can also be collected from the Wallingford Information Centre, underneath the Town Hall.

If you would like to speak to our research team please contact us here or call Claire Satchwell on 07770 456050 .

If you have any old photos or articles about the school we would really like to use them in our on-line gallery and in a historical display later this year.
